In late 2007 Blueprint Newhomes appointed NBA to carry out the detail design of a recently approved planning application in High Wycombe.
The 23 unit residential project included 7 affordable units for a local RSL. Spread over 4 floors the units were situated on a site with a steep slope. The 1 and 2 bedroom units afforded good views over High Wycombe and added essential housing to an area requiring development.
The project was completed in 2009 to the approval of the RSL and has proved popular as market housing in the area.
