In 2005 Bravington Estates appointed NBA to design a contemporary 5 bedroom house located on a triangular site on the Coombe Estate in Kingston upon Thames. Surrounded by mature protected trees, a key characteristic of the upper section of Kinston Hill, the site provided a number of significant constraints, particaularly the root protection areas.
