In 2012 York House has been selected as an Award WINNER in the International Design and Architecture Awards -Residential Properties over £5m Category! The success of this project has been achieved with the attention to detail and diligence of the Staffan Tollgard Design Group.

In 2007, following the successful approval of the planning application on site at York House on the Coombe Estate, NBA were commissioned by the purchaser of the site to carry out the detail design and on site construction monitoring, for the completion of this substantial new build private residence.

Completed in 2011, this 7 bedroom residence includes 2 reception rooms, games room, wine cellar and basement swimming pool in 10,000 sq ft. The extensive basement level provides a number of the additional uses and covers an area of approx. 3,000 sq ft.

Boasting a range of sustainable features such as wall U-Values of 0.15, solar thermal panels and a ground source heat pump this residence is conscious of its carbon footprint.

The interiors were designed by Staffan Tollgard interior designers, who have contributed significantly to the overall aesthetic of this formidable residence.
