NBA have been appointed to design and develop a site at St Edmunds College, Ware, to provide a much needed Learning Centre at the school. Following the development of an extensive masterplan by Lytle Associates a series of sites were selected for further development. These include a site central to the college that acts as a fulcrum to the circulation of pupils around the existing buildings.

The proposed scheme acts as an extension to an existing wing of the original main school block developed in 1795. The proposal will need both planning consent and Listed Building Consent

As it sits within a collection of Grade I and Grade II listed structures. Careful consideration will be needed to craft in a solution that compliments its existing surroundings.
